Janine Nasca serves as the Human Resources Manager at Generation Capital Management, where she also handles the firm’s administrative duties. Janine has a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture, where she brings her high energy and love for people to the forefront of GCM.

Professional Background

In her role at the firm, Janine is responsible for managing human resources and administrative duties. She has a great rapport with the employees at GCM and a talent for problem solving. Her work is integral to the team-based approach at Generation Capital Management, which focuses on providing investment management and financial planning services. She brings many years of customer service along with twelve years of HR management.

Personal Life and Community Involvement

  • Family: Janine lives in Parma with her husband, Scott. She is a mother of four children, all of whom reside in Boston, MA. Her three boys work in the Financial District in the City of Boston while her daughter is currently a student at Boston College.

  • Interests: Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her family, participating in her book club, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Community: Janine is actively involved in her community and her church, Holy Cross Church in Charlotte. Additionally, she and her husband have been involved in community initiatives such as caring for the homeless, teaching youth ministry programs and serving as Gala co-chairs for Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women.
